Timetable.
"From", "To" and "Via".
You can store favourites, stations/stops, addresses or points of interest by typing them into the "From", "To" or "Via" input fields.
The selection list is organised as follows:
- Favourites: Most frequently used start/destination (Favourites). Sorted alphabetically and marked with an asterisk
- Swiss railway stations/public transport stops: Stations from the list available offline sorted alphabetically
- Contacts: Addresses from the Contacts list sorted alphabetically
Entries not recognised offline are verified during online route enquiries and are then available as Favourites for the next route enquiry.
GPS support.
Once your position has been correctly obtained using GPS, WLAN or GSM, you will receive a list of the nearest stations/stops.
- Stations/stops shown with distance from them in metres
- Sorted with the nearest first
- Link to Google Maps
Maps. 
In the route overview you can view your current position and the distance to the nearest station/stop using Google Maps.
"Take me Home" function. 
"Take me Home" immediately launches a route enquiry with
- "From" defined as the nearest stop based on automatic position recognition
- "To" defined as the address entered in Settings as the "Take me Home" address
Ticket features.
What do I need to remember when starting my journey?
MobileTickets are personal and non-transferable. Because personal details of the MobileTicket-holder are printed on the ticket, you must also be able to provide a personal identity document (passport, ID card, driving licence or Half-Fare or GA travelcard) when your ticket is inspected.
Up to what point can I purchase a MobileTicket?
You may only buy your MobileTicket up to the timetabled departure of the train.
Where is my purchased MobileTicket stored?
Purchased MobileTickets are stored under "Tickets", "Show Tickets". Should a purchased ticket not be available, you can call this up again under "Special functions", "Ticket request".
Quick ticket display.
- Open the program,
- shake the iPhone and
- the last ticket purchased will be displayed straight away.
Can I purchase MobileTickets for other people / several people?
No, you can only purchase MobileTickets for yourself as the MobileTicket is personal and is not transferable to other people.
Can I pay for MobileTickets using the Postfinance card?
No, payments using the Postfinance card are not currently supported.
How do I obtain a receipt or VAT receipt?
A receipt for MobileTickets (e.g. in PDF format) is not yet available. The following two options exist:
Option 1:
Register with the SBB Ticket Shop with your user name and password. The MobileTickets you have ordered are listed under "My account", "My orders". To view the details of individual bookings, click on "Select".
Option 2:
To obtain a quarterly VAT receipt for the MobileTickets and OnlineTickets you have purchased, please proceed as follows:
- Register with the SBB Ticket Shop with your user name and password.
- Under "My account", "For business customers: VAT receipts" you can activate the field "Please send me a quarterly VAT receipt for my Ticket Shop purchases".
- Complete the mandatory fields and save the entries.
Can MobileTickets be refunded?
MobileTickets cannot be refunded. Exceptions are:
- Customer illness (which makes carrying out the journey impossible – must be confirmed with a doctor’s certificate)
- In event of death
- Corporate customers registered with SBB Businesstravel
If you have purchased an MobileTicket and have not used it for one of the reasons listed above, fill out the written refund application
and send it to the address given below.
Settings.
Delete user information.
This deletes the following user data:
- Favourites that have been saved to station list available offline
- The "Take me Home" address saved by the user
- All entries, i.e. all timetable enquiries, in the favourites and history list.
Languages.
This product is available in German, French, Italian and English.
You can change the language by changing the overall language setting under «Settings» on your iPhone or iPod touch.

If a language other than German, French, Italian or English is selected, the product will display all text using the Apple language mapping table. This usually means they are shown in English.

Under "News" you can get the following information through RSS feeds:
- Rail traffic updates
- SBB media releases
- Tips & Tricks
Entries that have not yet been read are marked with an asterisk (*).
History.
Shows completed timetable enquiries of "From"/ "To" and the time at which the original enquiry was made.
