MMS Ticket test ticket.
Before purchasing your first MMS Ticket, you must successfully receive the test ticket on your mobile phone and confirm receipt. To do this you have to log in at the Ticket Shop.
If you decide to buy something at the Ticket Shop without logging in, you cannot request the test ticket. You can, however, order certain items as MMS Tickets. If delivery is unsuccessful, you can also download the ticket as an OnlineTicket (PDF file) and print it out.
We advise that you opt to "buy with login" so you can check the MMS settings on your mobile. The following instructions show you how to request, receive and confirm a test ticket.
Here’s how it works:

1. Log into the Ticket Shop (www.sbb.ch/ticketshop).
2. After you have logged in, click on "My details".
3. Click on "Activate MMS Ticket (MMS test delivery)".
4. Select your mobile network provider and enter your mobile phone number as shown (i.e. no spaces).
If you are registered with CoopMobile, mobilezone net or orangeclick, select "orange". If you use a Tele2, Cablecom mobile, Salut! mobile or TalkTalk mobile service, choose "sunrise".Then enter the 4-character code shown in the panel. Click "Send".
5. If you receive the test ticket on your mobile phone and it is correctly displayed, the mobile phone is ready to receive MMS Tickets. Please confirm successful receipt of the test ticket by clicking the "Yes" box. Then click "Next".
6. The test delivery has been completed successfully. Click "Next".
7. Activation is confirmed under "My details" as shown here.
If you can’t receive your MMS Ticket, please consult our trouble-shooting tips.
You will not be able to purchase MMS Tickets until you have received the test ticket correctly.
